Q: How to order my food?
A: Placing an order is super easy. Our menus get updated every week. Just click on the date you want the food to get delivered, then click on the items you want to order and fill out any additional instructions on the website. Once you are done, go to checkout page and provide your payment information, submit your order, and relax! To enjoy piping hot dinner, order before 10:00 am from Monday - Friday. Your delicious dinner will be delivered to your home by 6:00 pm.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Of course, you can! Just put your preferences in our instruction section, and we promise to deliver the best to you.
Q: Can I save special delivery instruction to my address?
A: Yes, you can! On the check-out page, you'll have the option to save any delivery instructions to that address.
Q: What happens when I place an order?
A: We send your order to our Home-Chef from Monday - Friday by 10:00 am. Our Home-Chefs accepts the order, we email you a receipt and email you a confirmation - Done!
Q: What happens if I don't like my order?
A: We take pride in providing delicious meals but if our customers are not happy with the quality of their meals, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com. We will try our best to compensate you.
Q: Can I cancel my order and what is an e-wallet?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order. Money will not be refunded but credited in your e-wallet. You can easily access your e-wallets by login to your accounts. You can use the amount for your next order.

A: If you have a promo code, you'll be able to enter it during checkout and we'll adjust your order total to factor in the discount. It's important to note here that you can only use one discount per order.
